I don't know how much time do you need to write a book. I was thinking that not every book takes the same to be written. I mean, if i were about to write a book, i probably would think of an specific theme. A teenage werewolf maybe (yes, i am so weak with this boys), so i should start writing about his life, his metamorphosis from a human to a wolf, the school he attends, his friends and that kind of things. But that might be bored to some others. So i should start with some more Action/Drama/Romance or whatever. I may probably choose action. And romance (i mean, i am a girl, huh). So it's obviously that i need some other character, a girl. And that can be mi alter ego, or she can be some imaginary girl.
But also, the trouble is... If i am writing this book, i need to know how a boy feels, how a boy thinks. And that's kinda hard, because i am a girl. So, I had to imagine all that stuff. And that's the reason why all of the girls love Edward Cullen - a woman invented him, so it's a woman writing about her perfect guy, and she is not actually writing about a boy who she already meets.
